Terms and Conditions of Flowers-Thailand

1. Correct choice of store

Due to varying delivery costs and conditions, it is essential that customers select the correct store based on the delivery location when placing an order on the Flowers-Thailand website. If a customer selects an item from the Bangkok store, for example, but requires delivery in Pattaya, we may need to cancel the order, and the customer will receive a refund. Please note that any additional payment system fees incurred during this process will be will be paid by the customer.

Flowers-Thailand specializes in crafting beautiful flower bouquets, flower boxes, and flower baskets, along with delivering fresh flowers and thoughtful gifts throughout Thailand. Our dedicated team ensures that every aspect of your order is handled with care and precision. The florists at Flowers-Thailand select only the freshest, highest-quality flowers to create stunning bouquets. We prioritize preserving the freshness of our flowers by storing them in controlled environments that maintain optimal temperature, humidity, and lighting levels. Additionally, we ensure that the flowers are kept at the right temperature during delivery to guarantee that the recipient receives vibrant and fresh flowers.

 3. Product Representation and Quality Assurance.

The products displayed on the Flowers-Thailand website represent typical options. However, the actual appearance of a bouquet may vary slightly based on the availability of specific packaging materials, seasonal greenery, the creativity of our florists, and the time of year. Each of our florists in Pattaya, Bangkok and Phuket has their own unique style of work and creative vision. Therefore, on the page of most products we offer an original picture of the product when choosing a specific store in Thailand.Additionally, the color of fresh flowers may appear differently due to variations in monitor or mobile device settings. Despite these possible differences, we guarantee that each bouquet will be crafted using only the freshest, highest-quality flowers.

4. Fragrance of Flowers.

The premium imported roses used in our bouquets may have little to no fragrance, which is a common characteristic in the local flower market. We do not guarantee that roses or other flowers in our bouquets and baskets will have any scent. Moreover, we do not use artificial fragrances, as they may cause allergies in the bouquet recipient.

5. Same-Day Delivery Orders

To ensure timely delivery of flower arrangements across Thailand, we accept same-day delivery orders until 12:00 PM (noon) local time. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day or on the date specified by the customer during checkout. If you wish to place an order for same-day flower delivery after 12:00 PM, this may be possible with written confirmation from our store manager and upon payment verification. 6. Delivery Costs and Additional Charges

The prices listed on Flowers-Thailand.com for flower bouquets, flower baskets, and flower boxes include delivery charges within specified local areas. Delivery to other regions may incur additional fees. The possibility of delivering flowers or gifts outside the local delivery areas must be confirmed by a Flowers-Thailand manager before placing an order.

7. Accurate Delivery Information

Providing the correct delivery address and recipient’s phone number is essential when placing an order. This information is crucial for coordinating the delivery timing. Due to the complexity of address systems in Thailand, especially in larger areas, we recommend specifying additional details such as the name of the property (hotel, condominium, office, etc.). We cannot guarantee timely delivery if inaccurate or incomplete shipping details are provided. If you want the delivery to be a surprise, we will discreetly contact the recipient just before delivery while keeping the sender’s identity and the delivery item confidential.

8. Peak Season Delivery

During peak seasons such as February 11-16, when our florists and couriers are exceptionally busy, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time of bouquets. However, we always strive to deliver flowers as early as possible on the specified day or within the preferred delivery window. Orders on February 14 are delivered on a first come, first served basis (unless an evening time has been specified for the order), so earlier orders have priority in delivery over last minute orders (February 13 or 14).

9. Order Confirmation and Details Verification

A confirmation email will be sent for every order placed on our website. Please ensure that the invoice contains the correct order details, including the recipient’s name, complete address, and contact number. If any issues arise, notify us promptly before making payment and initiating flower delivery. We do not guarantee a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the order due to inaccurate or incomplete recipient information or if the recipient relocates without us being able to contact them in a timely manner.

10. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to deliver the bouquet due to the recipient not being at the specified address or if the address has changed and we cannot contact the recipient, the bouquet can be left at the reception of a condominium, hotel, or office center under the recipient’s name (if feasible). If the bouquet cannot be left at the delivery address, it will be returned to our store, and further instructions will be awaited. Re-delivery after unsuccessful attempts may be arranged at an additional cost. Please note that fresh flower bouquets are perishable and may not be suitable for re-delivery the next day. Should you request a new bouquet, you will be responsible for any associated costs.

11. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback

12. Payment and Delivery

Flowers are delivered only after full payment has been received. Details of available payment methods can be found on the How to Pay page. The quickest payment method is direct payment to our PayPal account, which can also be used with debit or credit cards. Transfers to our bank account typically process instantly or within 1-5 days, depending on your bank location.

13. Payment Delays

If there is a delay in payment, the delivery of flowers or gifts may occur later than the date specified during the order placement and on the invoice. Exceptions may be made for our regular customers.

14. Discounts and Coupons

Discounts and coupons offered by Flowers-Thailand have specific validity periods and are applicable only when ordering flowers above a designated minimum amount. Only one coupon may be used per order.

15. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on Flowers-Thailand.com, you agree to all our terms and conditions. In cases beyond our control, we reserve the right to not be held liable for matters outside these terms and conditions. However, we will make every effort to resolve any issues and ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
